Tikau is a Helsinki-based interior shop whose name means "sustainable" and "durable" in Hindi. Tikau is committed to preserving Indian skilled craftsmanship and supporting it with Finnish design. As an NGO, Tikau directly contracts with artisans in Indian villages to provide products that respect both the environment and human well-being. All products are made from natural materials such as organic cotton, wool and pashmina, and are produced using traditional handcrafting techniques that minimize energy consumption.
